Can't move the troops

Hi, first time poster :) . I just got TC2M and so far I like what I see but got a huge problem. I can't move any of my troops. I tried the tutorial and followed the instructions(click on your flag and double click) but nothing is happening. Needless to say it is slightly annoying :( Anyone else had this problem ??
