dxdiag.txt will not be there until you make it, in the way I described.

The other files I asked for are in your Documents/Paradox Interactive/CK2/ folder, not in the Steam CK2 folder in your screenshot.

That's a pretty old video driver, you might check with Dell for any available update to it. Failing that intel themselves:

Download Intel Drivers and Software

Download new and previously released drivers including support software, bios, utilities, firmware and patches for Intel products.

The windows error against ck2game.exe is typical of an antivirus getting in the way. Which one do you use? Add ck2game.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.

now that i realized that there was another folder for CK2 i found the save game , i removed my iron man game, and i could play again. when i put it back, it kept crashing

I see, so perhaps that save game is corrupted and crashing the game when it even tries to read that file. That's pretty bad if so!
