Can't open paradox launcher therefore the game

Description​

I just download Ck3, which never gave me issues in my past 362h of gameplay, and for some reason the launcher simply don't opens. I have Hoi4 installed in the same disk and this error don't happens. Somebody knows how to correct it? Playing without the launcher isn't a good deal to me cuz I want to enable my mods.
