Can't pass end user license agreements

Hi, I've pruchased the game not so long ago and when I was trying to launch the game for the first time on Steam, it brought me onto the launcher and asked me to read and agree the end user license agreements by pressing the continue button. However, the button does not react and I am stuck without being able to pass the end user license agreements.

So far this has always been caused by various antivirus apps. Add imperator.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.
