Can't Patch to 1.2

I'm trying to patch mi hoi2 to 1.2, but it only says that I got a newer version and exits :S.. I have tried uninstalling several times, but it wont work. Have also deleted everything with the hearts of iron 2 name in the reg edit .. So I ahve no clue :S

EDIT: The reason for 1.2 is because I want to pla MDS
