Can't post in the Hearts of Iron III Forum.

Hello, sorry this actualy belongs to the Hearts of Iron III Tech Support Forum, but as I can't post there, I have to post it here.
I don't have access to the HOI 3 Forum altough I have registered Semper Fi and For the Motherland. As there is no Vanilla in the Game List, I can't register that.
And for some reason, there is no general support forum.

Why can't I post in the HOI 3 Forum?
