Can't promise a grand wedding

Description

I've done two Grand Wedding during my current character's lifetime - for himself and his sister (nobody died), but the last one was 22 years ago, and since then they can't promise any GW - it always says 'You can only promise one Grand Wedding at the same time', even if both targets are adults and I have enough money.

Steps to reproduce

1) Try to promise a Grand Wedding
2) Fail cuz ????

1.9.2

I am getting this error after applying the latest patch, and I have a sinking feeling that the patch is breaking my old save and disabling Grand Marriages. :(
Yeah I think it might not be a save-compatible patch, but the good news is that I was able to get the achievement after starting a new game in the new patch. I even did it with a polygamous religion for the lols, and yup, you can definitely have multiple grand weddings with the same character even and have them all count.

Edit: to clarify, I am talking specifically about the patch of 1.9.2.1 where they specifically patched Grand Weddings. They also seem to have patched the Little William Marshal achievement, as I was also able to get it this patch.

Nothing changed between 1.9.2 and 1.9.2.1 except 1 file that change the fallback trigger of the grand wedding, and it's the same code that was in the Unofficial Patch. So there is nothing wrong to take a save in 1.9.2, can't say for sure for 1.9.1 or 1.9.0. for the GW to be fixed, you'll need to wait at most 1 year for every variables that were set behind the scene to be cleared.

Can't promise a grand wedding

Description

I start game yesterday with latest patch and can't promise a grand wedding. My second character died when he was promised. I started thinking abput grand weddings again after formation of archduchy of Austria but I can't. I checked entire dynasty for all bethrothed characters, marry them or kill but nothing changed. I wait until may previous ruler died and still can't promise grand wedding. I try few minutes ago to fix it via mod but it dosen't work.

FYI to anyone who was following this issue and waiting for a solution, I tried my old save again today - and after advancing the calendar for about a month, I was again able to promise Grand Weddings. So the issue was patched and is playable again, at least for me. :)

Also have this issue in the game I started today, except mine was after a single one and can't still do it after switching to his heir.

I tend not to do grand wedding unless I can do them immediately, as way too many feud started while one or both side were still minor, because for some unknown reason it got cancel.
I'm experiencing a similar issue in the game I just started today. My problem occurred after a single wedding event, and even after switching to the heir, I still can't proceed. I usually avoid grand weddings unless I can execute them right away. I've noticed that many feuds start when one or both sides are still minors, possibly due to some unknown reason causing the wedding event to be canceled. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
