Since I have actualized my MacBook Air Retina 13" 201, Procesador 1,6 Ghz Inter Core i5, Intel UHD 617 1536 MB to Sonoma 14.7.4 I can´t play the game, some times the loading stopped, other I can choose the character and then it brokes down. I also bought Chapter IV. Before this I can play without problems . May be that Sonoma is not compatible with this game ?

It's not Sonoma as such, it's that this game was never supported on Intel video systems under any MacOS version - it's really a matter of luck it ever worked for you! It may be Sonoma changed the Intel video driver in some way.
Unless you have access to a machine that meets the game's publishes hardware requirements, all you can really do is play via Apple's Bootcamp if you have that installed, or Nvidia's GeForce now game hosting service.
