We had some initial installation problems so we uninstalled. When we went to reinstall it keeps telling us we can't due to the game already being registered. It's a PC DVD that was a gift. How can I reload this game?

You need to activate using exactly the same email address that was used when the game was activated for the first time. If that doesn't work you may have mistyped the email address at the first time. In that case you should contact Stardock support. See the first post in this thread.
How can this person contact STARDOCK, if he gotten this game as a gift from a RETAIL STORE...
