Can't redeem my free Grand Tour - DEBUG_I_HAVE_MORE_GOLD_TRIGGER

Description​

I am trying to do a Grand Tour. My Character has the Level 5 Activities Dynasty Legacy and it's his first Grand Activity so it should be free and possible to do even though I only have 56 Gold. The Activities Tab also shows "No Cost". Yet when I try to start the Tour, the button is grayed out and when I hover over it it just says "DEBUG_I_HAVE_MORE_GOLD_TRIGGER".

Steps to reproduce​

1. Have the Level 5 Activities Dynasty Legacy
2. Play a Character that hasn't hosted a Grand Activity yet and that doesn't have enough Gold to pay for one.
3. Try to start a Grand Tour
