I purchased the Majesty 2 Collection from Steam in late April, but am having issues starting the game. Steam doesn't do support for third-party apps, which is fine, but Paradox doesn't grant access to technical support forums without first registering the game.
Here's the problem: Steam won't provide a CD key. I've been going round with them for about a week via their support ticketing system, but they're utterly unable to help, although I've been as polite as possible and followed their seemingly-unrelated instructions to the letter --- they don't seem to understand that I need the key to get to the next step.
I've currently got tickets in with Steam to get a key, one to Zendesk with the specifics of my technical issue, and now one to support@paradoxplaza.com with all the gory details of both the technical issue and the problems I'm having getting Steam to cough up a CD key (also, a copy of my receipt email from Steam with purchase confirmation code).
Are there any steps I'm missing or other avenues I should be looking down?
