Can't seem to upload pictures to Steam for my mod

I already accepted terms and service for steam workshop back for planet coaster so that's not it. I uploaded my mod "Stowaway" and then went to upload a picture to steam for the associated pic and it just stays "uploading forever". So I took it from 350k down to 95k and a new filename still same thing.

Any ideas? Txs.

yep same just tried to upload a pic for my mod as well wont let me upload, seems steam is having a hissy fit
