Can't start game

Okay, so I was playing armageddon and released the Scandinavia puppet, but one of my other puppets, DDR, had the exactly same color and they bordered one another, which was very annoying. So I went to db, opened country and changed SCAs color to LightBlue, but now I can't start the game! It says:

Critical Error!

-- Error in DB --
Do you still want to continue?
