EUIV "suddenly" stopped being launchable. I have 2000h in EUIV and hadnt played in a while so wanted to start a game but it wont launch on steam. i get top th launch window and then when pressing play it just does nothing and my computer gets stuck. dont have this problem with any other paradox game and i have tried to uninstall and reinstall and still have the same problem. computer is relatively new and modern (modern i7 processor and a 3070 grpahics card)

Try to change the display mode to borderless fullscreen in the launcher like in the following screenshot:

What happens if you run eu4.exe directly from file explorer? That bypasses Steam and the launcher.
