Yea I know this has been asked several times but none of them seem to have been resolved, and was wondering if anyone found the fix yet.

Tried to make strictly a simple diplomacy mod since I got fed up with the horrendous state of diplomacy, but I can't upload the mod.

I'll show how my files are structured, and the descriptor and .mod file (which are identical and placed in the correct folders).
