Can't upload to steam workshop ??!!

Hi huys...

I just released my first building... on the simtropolis Stex. I tried to upload it on steam but when I click on "publish" nothing happens.

I tried reading the conditions, and exiting and restarting the game again.

Any help ????

I have the same issue; along with the whole unable to use downloaded assets as well!
