Steps to reproduce​

After the bug fix, I replaced my harbour + airport cargo with a cargo harbour then trucks started flying. I have let the game run for sevearl hours but it's still happening.

Can you zip the savegame and attach it again? There seems to be a character in the game that isn't supported on the forum, so I cannot have a look at the save.

And please try deleting the cargo hub and let the simulation run for a bit so the trucks headed to it disappear, then place it again. As we fixed cargo trucks that were stuck they may behave unexpected.

It is happening to all cargo buildings when trucks return to them. I also saw it happen with a warehouse, an oil building and a post truck.

All of them were deleted whilst un-paused, rebuilt and waited for 1hr+ but the flying vehicles just start again

edit: I can see other people on Steam are reporting the same problem.

I have tried various fixes like deleting the roads around the station, deleting the roads where they are launching from but nothing works. As you can see in the screen, they are meant to return to their starting facility but instead they go somewhere different in the opposite direction, turn around, then fly back

I have re-attached the save with no special characters.

Do these patches not get tested at all? This is the same bug as before, they are just turning around further away and now it also affects cargo harbour and airport cargo which were OK before the patch.

Thank you for the additional information, we'll look into this.
 
Same issue on PS4 version on PS5, I noticed the trucks head to another building spawn point and then make a direct beeline to their facility going across roads, which halts traffic, and going through buildings, when they reach their building they mess up other trucks there too, train traffic is horrendous too, trains are full to the brim (which I do like rather than 10% full) which cause a massive surge in trucks to the station already having issues, too many cargo trains and they despawn a lot or are missing carriages (and I've never reached this limit on trains before).

Turned off cargo stations, deleted them, let the simulation run but issues return once I rebuild stations.
 
I also have the same problem occuring in my savegame. In this image they are flying from the left side towards the right side and back.

After a few days playing with only 1 cargo train and 1 cargo train/cargo ferry hub my city has stabilized, but the cargo train/cargo ferry still has trucks making a beeline to their facility after heading to another buildings truck spawn point, so far I've seen them pick the Petroleum Refinery and Household Plastic Factory.
I then decided to turn off my cargo train because there are 10 trains all lined up waiting to use the train/ferry hub, after turning it off and ran it for more than 1 in-game month cargo train continues to spawn trains.
Don't know if this is useful info, but it's what I observed.

EDIT: Trains finally stopped spawning at the cargo station I turned off.

Yes, I tried the same with turning off. The only fix seems to be Transfer Manager mod which will stop them spawning after a while and can be de-activated from the savegame later if the bug gets fixed,
