Hello, huge fan of Cities Skylines here. Such an amazing game. I play it religiously on Xbox One. One question though: at the main menu when you boot up the game in the lower right side of the screen where it displays DLCs Available to Purchase and Installed, there’s an icon for a Carols, Candles & Candy DLC under Available to Purchase, but when I press Y to open the Xbox Store, it’s nowhere to be found. Is this an error? Or was I just too late to download it as it appears to be a Christmas themed DLC?

This was added in by mistake. The new patch they'll have out either later today or sometime later this week will remove the DLC as being available to purchase. The DLC will likely be available to purchase around Christmas time this year as the content is only Christmas themed music which only plays during Christmas time anyway.

Apparently the update on PS4 that removed and fixed other issues also added the radio station from Concerts. I'm not sure if this was another mistake or if they forgot to add it with the free update last week. Perhaps we'll see it added to Xbox One when the update finally does come out.
