Cathar Bug Not Fully Fixed?

Description​

I was modding the tenets file and I saw that the fix for the bug only checked if the faith was Catharism, i loaded the game in debug without mods and behold I was correct, any second generation heresy of cathar cannot keep reincarnation regardless of their parent faith having it which I presume is a bug. Bellow I have posted pictures of the issue ,the culprit and posible fixes with the first of them being, when adjusted, universally applicable to any tenet

Steps to reproduce​

Create any heresy for the Cathars and keep reicarnation , lets call this heresy Better Catharism, now try to create a heresy for Better Catharism while keeping reincarnaition, the game doesn't allow that
