How will the game determine what provinces that is our CB-provinces? For example, if I as a Norwegian dynasty by 1200 has taken Sweden and Denmark, and hold it untill 1453, will the provinces I have be my CB-provinces? I mean, this isn't by now the Norway we know of, and I'd guess that if I have ruled for so long, a Norwegian rule will be natural also in the future, won't it?:)

Then what if I decide to play the game further in EU2, how will the converter know which provinces I have CB-shields on? Will I get just Norway's shields(which I think would be wrong) or will some of the other provinces I own be counted too?

Then again, if we presume that the provinces I own is the CB-provinces I get, what if I loose a couple of provinces in 1450 that I have held for a long time? Should I then loose the claim in an eventual conversion to EU2? So much questions...:p

Probably, you get CB shields only if you inherit the lands, or have a dynastic claim. I imagine you could lose CB shields if you lose your claim on the land, like if its inherited by another dynasty.

Well if the file will be able to be transferred to EU II I think it should be hard to get CB shields. Dont know enough about the diplo model for CK but I hope if you can get them its a mix of Hereditary claims, military occupation, and papal blessing.

As has been mentioned the CB system will be different from EU2. I imagine that your dynasty holds a claim to certain lands or titles. This could be to the land directly (e.g. you claim the county of St. Pol) and this land could be reconed as your demesne (or possible such). Then you can have the claim to a title, e.g. Duke of Brittany. You might still have to install counts in the province (there are counts there with claims to the province), but your right to the Duchy (and it's demesne provinces) would still be yours.

This is all guessing though... ;)

I think I understand. But what about the conversion to EU2 then? Is that too complicated? If the two systems are too different, there may be a proble... Will be intersting too then!:D
