What this minimod does is add an imperial tier that can be created if a Celtic-culture Kingdom gains a lot of territory for those who like playing as a Celtic ruler. For the sake of not sundering Cornwall and Brittany from their landed_title trees, I have also included France, England, and some other small Kingdoms in the imperial tree; but have stipulated that only a member of the Celtic culture group can create this empire.
Also included is a new religion based on the Céli Dé or Culdees, headed by the Comarbae Colum Cille. Now I know that there was no unified "Celtic Church", but the Christians of the "Irish or Celtic Church" did face opposition by the Roman church, mainly against their independence and different liturgical practices. The Comarbae's independence seems to have lasted into the 1220's when their orders were mostly taken over by Benedictines. The Comarbae is the head of this new "religion" group, and will act in a similar role to the Celtic Emperor as of the Patriarch of Constantinople is to the Byzantine Emperor. At the start of the game only Iona, Kells, and Derry are held by the only three characters of this faith group, in order to show its decline. Also included is a history of the Comarbae from Colum Cille mac Fedelmtheo to Muichertach Ua Milliuc.
A few other minor alterations and one new event is included.

Enjoy!
