Entire western europe in earliest bookmarks instead is "noreligion". I check inside mod files and chalcedonian faith is simply missing. Mod ver 4.0.6

It never was compatible. If you would read the mod description it doesn't say it's compatible. It's compatible only with vanilla and AGOT.
As a general rules no mods are compatible with plus unless specificaly says they are (e.g. cultural bonuses).
