Change the liege with events?

Im thinking about a hree mod for ck dv, but i stuck at some questions (im noob in event scripting).

-Is it possible to change the liege via events? and if yes how?

im thinking about an alternative peace event, that bypass the hardcoded 'sue for peace'. So i can get Kings as vassals. Facto it means, i conquered all his provinces, so i can get the chance that he will become my vassal. Doesnt matter if it is a king or what ever .. even the Emperor of Romania.

You can only force independence by event, for the receiving character. There is no way to make someone a vassal.

What you want to do should be done with the usurp action -- once you hold 2/3 of the kingdom or duchy area, you can usurp to get a badboy-free claim on the title.

i have another question, it could result the same on another way:
Can i change the heiry list of a ruler by events?
guess thats the same, i would need it to give someone a title by event.
For example i creat the tag HREE in a province, set the next heir the king of GERM and kill the random HREE ruler by event..

You can only change the inheritance law of a realm by event, which will then lead to a different heir

But what you want isn't possible, the only way someone can become the heir of a randomly created character is with elective law. But elective law only picks its heirs out of courtiers and vassals

And since as a king you can't be a vassal the king of Germany will not be listed as heir to the HREE

True, i tried it .. i dont found a way yet ..

The only possible way to become a king as vassal, is if u have war with a duchy, that have a claim on a king title ...
So u offer the duchy: u get the king title if u become my vassal ..

Thats working ... but there is still no way to creat the HREE if any1 got the emperor trait.
