I send King Mark on this quest, but after freeing King Bors from his curse. I don't have the option to recruit him during the Quest. Is that because King Mark is Christian ?

Talking about Heroes and alignment: I'm looking to recruit 4 warlord heroes but according to arthurwiki one of them Bedevere (sp?) is an Old Faith guy and recquires you to leave Parcival behind. The other warlord is Brandelis (sp?) the christian prince from the quest to establish Camelot in Powys. It seems to me that a christian Arthur with his capital in London is stuck with only 2 warlords, is that correct?

I didn't know there was a christian warlord, thanks for the info. About him, can't you do his quest and then conquer London instead of viroconium ?

You have no problems conquering London after you recruit Brandelis. The only thing you should care is to recruit him *before* going for any stronghold.
As for the Belvedere - it is absolutely no problem to recruit both Belvedere and Parcival. Play with the dialogue options a little and you will find a way.

If I remember correctly, you can recruit both Percivale and Bedivere, but you must use a christian hero to complete the quest (appropriate dialogue options won't appear with a old faith knight iirc).

There is a fourth "vanilla" warlord : Morold, a tyrant hero who appears with a random event (I am not sure what triggers the quest, I only got him on a unseelie playthrough). With the DLC, you'll have an additional warlord (Lucan).
