New reasearch companies and men:
- Magneti Marelli (it produced radio and TV ground stations and sets, aircrafts electronics devices, magnetic devices, submarines batteries, etc.), skill 5, "electronics" and "mechanics";
- Edison (the main Italian electrical company of the era), skill 4, "electronics" "industry" and "management" [I hope alla these items are correct or at least understandable];
- Guglielmo Marconi, one of the mani geniuses of that era, who will be available only for a few months (before his death during the 1st half of 1936), skill 7, "electronics" "mechanics" and "management".

Changes on existing research companies and men:
- FIAT without "electronics" but within "technical efficiency";
- Arturo Crocco was a genius too, one of the pioneers of the supersonic flight and of the space flight, electronics engineer, great mathematician, and Lieutnant General of the Air Reserve, I think his skill should be increased from 4 to 5, and "electronics" "aeronautics" "aircrafts testing" should all be added.

Things to be added to Italian reasearches already completed:
- in 1936, Great War Carrier; in 1939, Basic Carrier; (many studies were done on aircraft carriers in Italy, but Mussolini stopped any carrier constructions until 1941 - Italian projected CAGs arrived to Reggiane Re2001 and Re2002)
- in 1936, Trench Warfare doctrine (Italy had fighted all the WW1 in the trenches, they were one of the only few things Italian divisions were really able to do good, together with the orders to keep every inch of the ground...);
- in 1936, Floating Fortress doctrine, Hunter-Killer Group doctrine, Subsidiary Carrier Role doctrine and Commerce Protection doctrine (Italian Navy was really better trained and organised than the Army and the Air Force - which pilots were well trained but badly organised and armed - and all these doctrines were knew during the '30s or even from WW1).

All good things, but all these changes are net "positives" for Italy, as are the suggested events (except Death of Marconi) from another post. So, as a balancing issue, what sort of things will be done to keep Italy from becoming ahistorically efficient and powerful?

Here's an interesting idea (which is probably already in C.O.R.E.) give Italy the 'binary' divisions (at MAX 70% strength) and downgrade all their starting artillery to Early Great War (should be Early Franco-Prussian war, but that's not in the game).

You do raise an interesting point of how to weaken Italy's military... as we of course want the historic crapness of the Italians..... which is then used to its best potential by brilliant players.

I really don't mind giving Italy some extra naval doctrines..... BBs are pretty useless against CVs or Nav. Bombers anyway.. no matter how cool your doctrines are.
