It is my own thread for sure.

1. I it possible to change its name, e.g. diplo annex
instead of annexation;
2. If affermative, how ?

Yes.
If you posted the 1st post in the thread then you may.

Go to the 1st post and choose "edit" button.
Now change the details in the "subject" box.

Aha!
Only the Moderator of the forum concerned can do that, as I have done with this thread for an example.
I dont really know why the originator of the thread cannot change it - just the way that Patric has it set I think.

Patric can do anything everything on this board!

If you need to change the title of some of your threads them send a PM to the moderator of the OT forum - if the thread is still active then I am sure he wouldnt mind.
In case he doesnt know how then tell him to look in the "Thread Options" box at lower right.
