I've thoroughly enjoyed all of Paradox's games back to EU 1 with Victoria being one of my favorites with its whole atmosphere and time period. I think flags are really cool/important as far as this time period goes with it being a representation of nationalism, ideology and empire. I loved how the flags altered in Victoria based on ideology but this one mod, I forget who made it, took that idea even further. It worked to where when a nation released a puppet nation they took on a piece of their imperial overlord's flag in their canton. Just as the flag of the British territories displayed the Union flag. It was really cool and it felt like you were creating an empire with a visual representation directly on the flags of your puppet states/colonies. It would be cool if when this occurred in Victoria 2 the same thing happened with maybe the puppet state taking on a portion/all of the empire's flag in the canton.

Id say only to have it for those flags with places for it. Replace the Jack with the german eagle or french tricolour on the dominion flags but dont go slapping it on belguim or the like. And thats IF flags change which im given to understand from the new Hearts of Iron and the like is a big if.

Paradox did intimate that having the ability to change flags would be more likely in Victoria 2 than in other Clausewitz games, though nothing concrete was offered.

So hope still springs eternal on that front.

I cant find any such mod, it would be very cool if I do find one though. Could you help me?
