Changing Culture

cant seem to change character culture with notepad++. I did before...at least, I switched in game to norman with the decision, then switched with notepad to castillian to create an empire title. Now im trying to switch back

usually culture is under traits and above graphical culture in notepad. I copy pasted the new culture in since the line wasnt there, but im still castillian for some reason...

I then tried changing the moved capital line to "no" which allowed me to move capital again, where i hoped to use the 'adopt culture' decision again but its not there. must be a one time thing per ruler. Any thoughts to how to change back?

You could just type
culture castilian
in the console
(or however the spelling of it is)
