Changing De-Jure Setup

Hello, I need help of people more experienced with modding.
I want to make a personal mod to change de-jure setup of some realms, or more precisely move Kingdom A from Empire B to Empire C. Which files deal with to make this possible? I checked the files, but couldn't find the place where this is defined.

it's all entirely in common/00_landed_titles.txt
Simply move the kingdom with all its lower tier titles where you want... and be careful about the brackets

Yes, in landed_titles as well. Neighbouring or not it should work I'd say.
