Changing Flags

Ive created a custom Empire but for some reason the flags i added arent appearing correctly on the kingdoms/duchies/counties. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Ive already deleted the documents/paradox/ck2/gfx folder.

I'm afraid we'll need more detail than "not appearing correctly" if we're going to be able to help. Can you provide screenshots?

All the flags are 128x128 i edited them through gimp.
