So, especially for that so many people historically seem to roll for grabbing up this place, that the culture limits are lysene, tyroshi and myrman to create the title if you score enough of its territory is a bit irksome as far as being anyone else and doing it. I'm not the deftest hand with coding changes, is there a way to remove the cultural requirements thing for this one? If so, and someone could outline it, I'd deeply appreciate it.

Cool, thank you! I'd recommend that change generally for a bunch of essos places if it otherwise exists. It's less possible otherwise to try and follow the footsteps of various people who went on attempted conquer rampages in the area.
