Changing the name of your armies?

This may have already been asked but...

...how do you change the name of your armies?
I'm playing Portugal in the GC and though the explorers Cabral and Dias have died long ago, I still have called two fleets called respectively "Cabral's Expedition" and "Dias' Expedition". It's a bit weird not to mention confusing, so if anyone can help me in changing their names, I'll be most grateful.

In the savefile. Or u could re-organise those boats to another fleet which name u like.

Of course, perhaps the King decided that he would name two of his fleets in perpetuity in honor of his great explorers
