I would like to change the colour of the text that appears over the provinces (names), to gold. Can someone please tell me how to do so?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
This would be helpful, as it would allow a whole range of darker colours that currently obscure the text (and yellow might not work, which can only be a good thing)
So, anyone has a solution? Though the new colours from the patch 1.2 are superb (well done ParadoxI), I would love to see the names of the provinces in a colour like gold or orange with black shadow or something.
