Character Assumed Betrothed While not Actually when previous Character dies before receiving response for Proposal

Description​

My character is assumed to be betrothed/married while not actually.

Which means I cannot find spouse or arrange marriage for him. And betrothed person does not show.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Send out betrothal proposal for character B with Character A (B in my case being A's heir)
(*In my case I believe it is also a grand wedding proposal)
2. Character A dies BEFORE receiving response for the proposal
3. Play as character B
4. Will not be able to use "find spouse" option, and no match will show up if try to use "arrange marriage" option.
(*also no betrothed will show up in character window)
