I'm greatly enjoying playing this mod with VIET+ but I have a weird situation at the moment .

In my current game as the Petty King of Albany, my heir who is now my ruler ( age 38 ), never advanced from the novice trait. This means the kingdom is under a Regent and he has a massive penalty to fertility, so no chance of a heir from his line. The Succession laws are Tanistry so it doesn't really matter that he can't have children as there are enough dynasty members to keep going.

Just wondering if this is a bug from the mod or vanilla and if it is where should I report it.

I'm not too fussed about it, I can keep playing as I've played under Regencies before. It's just the decisions like marrying off my heir are blocked by the Regent.
