Hi Guys,

I know this will be probably possible with mods but i wonder if there will be a sandbox tool or something like that in the game. Dont get me wrong, i love to start from 0 and grown to a huge town but sometimes i like to have infinite money to make all my infrastructure before start with the city itself.
