Hey, it would be very cool to have a cheat that allowed you to cycle facial features if you really couldn't stand the sight of Prince Dweezil the Bozz-Eyed and his 25 morganatic mutant daughters any more.

A better solution, not involving a cheat:
Take your ruler, with about 100 or so infantry, and send him into battle against the Mongol hordes....
And I expect 'Isabelle' would off your monarch by having a red hot poker shoved up his/her nether regions?
