Is there a way to enable cheats on multiplayer games? Technology move WAY too slowly.

There aren't any cheats that I'm aware of. Cheating also gains you a bad rep and you will find that most people will be hesitant to play MP with you if that's what you do. There are certain exploits that you can do due to lag, but in the case of techs that's were espionage comes in handy if you have Dooms Day. If you have enough spies in a certain country than you can steal Technology blue prints which will make things research alot faster. But apart from that cheating I think is an unspoken universal NO NO! Most of my peers and fellow gaming friends in this community I dare say will agree with me on that. So it's really your call, play a fair decent game. Or most likely you won't be able to play at all due to lack of people willing to play with you.
Cheating, except for debugging purposes, is dispicable IMO---if you find it fun, okay go with it, but its not going to pass with other people.
cheating is for single player only, such as if you want a fascist america or democrat germany 
Cheating is for cheats. If you want a fascist America then you can do it using the standard slider shifts.Maulanator3 said:

I'm not trying to cheat so I can beat a bunch of stangers here. My friend and I play online and we want to have the mother of all wars. I was asking for the both of us so we can apply cheats to both of our games to make for a more intense war. Sorry for asking. BTW... I've been playing HOI for years now... I wouldn't need cheats to take any of you on.

What you and your friends want can be made in a single player save and/or by simple editing. Then as host load it up in MP.
