I've now doctored my save game file to remove all peace deals, set neutrality to 80 for every nation, and set war to 30 for every nation. I also spotted why nations were making peace deals. The end game alliances were not Allies, Axis and Commintern. They were only normal style alliances. This explains a lot. I doctored the save game to fix that.

Let's hope the game loads and I can fight now!

- Game loaded but I still could not attack into Navarro Base. Did a test attack on Mutant Army which my alliance is at war with and I could attack normally. Game engine has some problem with Navarro. Maybe because I am at peace with Enclave who own it even though Shi Empire occupy it.

- The Jihad is New Arroyo, Polar Station Zeta, Kansas Free State, Pioneer Alliance, Broken Hills, NCR, Redding and Manitou Tribes.
- American Unity is RCC, FUSA, West BoS, Shi Empire, Gecko, Robot Nation, Zombie Apocalypse.
- Dictatorship of Men is Enclave, Den, New Reno, God Machine.
- I use acceptall cheat to force my alliance, The Jihad, to make peace with American Unity.
- Many independants are at war but the big three alliances are at peace with each other now.
- The main powers who are independant are Mutant Army, Vault City and New Republic of Mexico.
- Got Scout Motorbikes and started Frag Grenades.
- March my expeditionary army away from Pioneer Alliance lands up to the border with Mutant Army. They seem to be busy redeploying east where they are now under pressure. They could drive into my flank with ten battalions on my border but they are war with the Jihad and American Unity and there is heavy fighting to the east. Luckily for me...
- My production is barely enough to cover supplies for my army with the Enclave territories being stripped from me. I finish a Patrol Boat flotilla and cancel that production run. This gives me enough to cover supplies plus build a run of eight Garrison battalions plus reduce some dissent.
- My Transport Capacity is 100/75.
- I get some events for large metal and rares stockpiles. I choose some options which boost my IC a little. This event only works if the random province in your nation that is selected has 40+ infrastructure. Luckily, the random province has that and I am glad I built all the infrastructure previously.
- I shuffle my static garrisons around while my army redeploys. I will try and fight the Mutants but I will not go too far east in case of a back stab by the Enclave now that I removed all peace treaties.

- The Mutant Army change their mind and decide to attack into Seattle with nine battalions. I only have three mobile but weak Buggy Raider battalions there. I withdraw. My main army is coming up anyway.

- I've lost track a little but I can't find my Irregulars with Cavalry attachments. Somehow they've been lost in the chaos that game engine did not cope with. Perhaps they were cut off and lost far to the north in Enclave lands. Those treacherous Enclave!
- Mutant Army in Kamloops gets cut off as Polar Station Zeta takes the province behind them. The Mutants will not last long against two of the end game alliances, that's for sure. Great, because I finish off the mutant troops on my border, I will declare war on the Enclave and finish them off this time. I don't believe Enclave will have recovered much as it's army was destroyed, but New Reno and Den and powerful. I must watch my southern border and my allies of Redding and Pioneer Alliance.
- Snowstorms and icy conditions prevail across the north as Winter firmly takes hold. My army arrives in Vancouver. I will let them rest a while to rebuild Organization before I move to crush the Mutant forces.
- Nations are trading with me as I make large surpluses of metal and rare materials.
- I get Frag Grenades tech quickly as I had blueprints from the Shi Empire. I start Apocalyptic Engineers which I also have blueprints for. Engineers will help me with river crossings and amphibious assaults.
- I get Scrap Corvettes tech. Anyway, I can't worry about my navy right now. I need to focus on my economy and army.
- I start on Buggy Raiders tech. The three Buggy Raider units I have are actually from events; I can't build them yet. I bartered surplus metal stocks for these units.
- I launch an attack on Kamloops with my Regulars units only. The Mutant units are out of supply. They fight me off even with few supplies due to the mountainous terrain and winter weather penalties. I will keep attacking and wearing them down by rotating my troops into attacks. The Chosen One commits some Polar Station Zeta troops and we succeed. They are wiped out. I will allow PSZ troops to take the province as it has no value. Time to redeploy against the Enclave.
- Necropolis decided to stay independent and is at war with the major alliances. It gains peace with West BoS and American Unity by ceding the valuable trading city of Hub to them.
- Finish researching Close Combat Weapons and start on Salvage Industry.
- Finish researching Apocalyptic Engineers and start on Taxation Systems. I have a small money deficit now.
- It is 1945 and I just notice that the Jihad is at war with American Unity again. How did I miss that? Hmmm...
- I order an attack against Gecko into Spokane and have the same issue where the attack arrow shows and my troops march, but no combat takes place and my army nevers enters the province. The end game event chain has broken HOI2 and I can't fix it. I cannot continue this AAR. I must fix all this for version 1.1.
