does anyone know why my china, is not going to be a 'civilized world? ive had enough prestige, military industry, researched the commerce, industry, military 'join the civilized world' technology but China wont be 'civilized' haha help? am i missin sumthing

if you're playing revolutions you'll need to have 100 prestige, 75 industry and 25 mil... if you're sure you've got that, sometimes it takes a while for the event to fire, wait a few game months to see!
