Cities.exe has stopped working help!

can only play game for 5-20 min before i get the error i have checked my drivers i tried reinstalling it and even turning my graphics down to low not sure if this is a common problem or not but it doesn't do this on any other game

I'm having the same issue. I can play for about ten minutes then the screen will freeze, but sound will continue. I can even continue hitting keys and building things, which I can hear happening and the mouse updates when selecting new tools, but the rest of the screen does not update. Sometimes I get the "Cities.exe has stopped working" error.
