Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Every time I select a toll road, the game crashes.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Selecting any toll road crashes my game.

It is a known issue that seems to only affect Snowfall maps. I'm sure it will be fixed in the next update, whenever that may be. For now, if you really want to place road tolls you'll have to use any other map outside of the ones included in Snowfall.
