Driving camera glitch (PS4)

What is your game version?
V 10.00

What expansions do you have installed?
What mods are you using?
No Mods

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I used the driving camera in first person and as I was swapping trough cars I was transferred to a car under the map

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
