Game crashes when renaming road (PS4)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I know this forum is for the PC version of the game, but I have looked everyone and found no one with the same problem that I'm having. When I try to rename any street, avenue, highway, or any other road, the game crashes and an error report from the PS4 appears. I can still rename buildings, districts, and other assets, but not roads. When the game crashes and the bug report appears, it shows the code CE-34878-0. I'm not sure if this bug is caused by the game or the PS4, but both are updated to the latest version and I have already reinstalled the game with no success. This does not seem to be a problem of a single save alone, as I have tried to rename roads in different cities with the same result. I don't have any DLCs installed either, just the base game. Thank you to anyone who may be able to solve this problem!

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
The issue can be replicated by attempting to name any road in the city. The game will allow me to select the rename option and type in the desired name, but as soon as I press R2 to confirm the name, the game crashes. This has happened everytime I tried to rename a road.

It's funny. I have the same problem. I tried to rename different roads four times in a row and the game crashes every time with the same error-code.
I have also the Playstation version 10.00.
My DLCs are:
- Mass Transit
- Green Cities
- Parklife
- Pearl's from the East
- Carols, Candles and Candy
I love this game but this "feature" is frustrating.

I am having this issue as well on PS4.

I believe I have the year one content pack besides the main game (Parks, Disasters, Mass Transit, Snowfall). It's running the latest update, which I believe is 10.00.

It crashes whenever I try to apply the name change. The dialogue/input box shows up but after I type a new road name and press R2, the game crashes.

I am having the same issue. On PS4 with all dlc.
Renaming any road crashes game when confirming name change.

Dear, I have the same symptom described above, when changing any street names, the game is broken, and there is no solution. Same thing, uninstall the game without solution.

Got the same problem, version 10.00, and have all dlcs but the radio stations ones.

Just installed this game for the first time. Same issue within minutes. Renaming any street causes a crash.

I haven't bought any dlc and psn updated the game automatically.

Bummed I wanted to name steets after my home town
