Cities Skylines keeps crashing

Why can't I play this game now? I've reinstalled the game, unsubscribed from all mods, disabled all DLC, run as administrator, disabled my AV, updated my drivers, downloaded the latest Net framework, downloaded the latest Visual C++ Redistributable, confirmed recommended specs, and closed all unnecessary apps while launching the game.

You almost certainly have the Citrix Workspace problem.
