I have looked at the mods part of Paradox and have noticed 120 ish mods in the tab under Cities Skylines however, when trying to install any of them, I am met with an error message. I am just wondering if these mods and assets were discontinued and that is why it wont work. All answers help.

Can you be more specific where did you see only 120 ish mods?
Steam has more than 320000 entries for Cities Skylines.
The mods are not on steam and are on this website. You can find it if you click the base game (not in forums) you should find this
Click on the mods area and you will finds tons of assets that have been made and you can't add them to your game. wondering if they got discontinued.
