Cities skylines ps4, can't play after the new update!

After the new update on ps4 (update 6.00) I can't start a game anymore, not a new one or the one I made earlier.
the game won't load anymore, when I want to start a new game, the game just freezes in the loading screen, even if I want to continue with my old save, hope it will be fixed soon.

I did it twice, deleted all my dlc's and the base game, but it still doesn't work.. really frustrating after a new update with new things!

I'm experiencing a similar issue in the city I've made for the 'Balanced Cities' post in the console forum.

I have more testing to do to report the bug, but it seems loading my 250k 9 tile city works fine, but when I open the 'city info' tab, then close, the game freezes indefinitely.

Same problem on XOne. I deleted and reinstalled the game and its extensions. It freezes at ≈ 90% on the loading screen, after creating a new city or loading my old ones.
