Game crashes when i go to explorer mode

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark,
Mass Transit
What mods are you using?


Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
On Ps4, everytime i go to explorer mode, the game lags and then crash.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

no ever since the industry update came out

Please try this:

- uninstall the game from the PS4

- clear the PS4 cache and game files (save game data)

- rebuild its cache:

- install the game again

- test with a new city - NOT by reloading any existing city

Unfortunately, that does not work as it still crashes when i go to explorer mode.

Interesting thwn ... I wonder why it does not affect all PS4 players ...

Is this just in one particular city, or also in any new test city you start?

the latest city i did. I have all tiles unlocked with a population of 70k.

sorry for the delay.

It's happening with ALL of my cities now.
I tried doing that with a small city and i get the ce-34878-0 error.

This been happening ever since the industry update came to ps4 so like a month now.

Can I please ask you to again do the clean reinstall I described up in post #5? Maybe we missed something first time around.

That does not work as I did everything and the game still freezes on explorer mode.
also i lost all my mouments for unlocking

Same with mine since the latest update....very annoying. Lots of game freezes
