Garbage truck issue

What is your game version?
10.03 on ps4

What expansions do you have installed?
Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries

What mods are you using?
I dont use mods

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So,everything is cool in my city,but I dont know why the garbage trucks are stop going out from the garbage factility(all of them isn't sending anything) and if the cars dont go to take the trash,my city is going to fail.I had this issue 3 times in many maps,i redownloaded the game 3 times but i dont get it why is this happening to me,and i was very angry because the population from 25 000 was fall to 0.And I cant build my city because this so anyoying bug.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

You will probably find the garbage trucks spawn and then disappear. If so, that's because they cannot find a path to their desired destination in a reasonable time. You may have severe traffic issues, one-way streets in the way, narrow roads leading to areas they want to go to, something like that.

If you post screenshots with the traffic filter on the gameplay experts may be able to help in more detail.

The problem is not with the road.So for example the recyling center shows 0 to 19 trucks.And ones this number is 1 to 19 trucks,but it is don't sending anything and the number goes to 0 again.I lost 4 cities because this problem.And the truck isn't spawning because it can't spawn but i dont know why.Once every facility starts doing this and the city population starting falling.I have found this thing 6 months ago,and it is anoying me so much.
 
That's exactly what I described - the trucks spawn, cannot get to their destination, so they disappear. I will guarantee you have a city design issue that causes this.
