Intersections glitching. (Can't really play normally)

What is your game version?
12.1 (Update which caused these issues) (ps4)

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark, Snowfall, Natural Disasters, Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Airports

What mods are you using?
No mods but I have the plazas and Promenades DLC.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So my game has always worked fine and well. Recently the 12.0 update was released with the plazas and Promenades DLC. Everything was going fine until the 12.1 update. Supposedly this was to fix bugs from the previous update but it just broke the game. Intersections are constantly breaking and glitching creating weird patterns. These patterns or shapes are sort of connecting between intersections. And intersections are also very broken now. I will try reinstalling the game tomorrow and see if that solves the issue.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
It happens whenever I create intersections.
